xbox 360 dvd player upscale

Is the Xbox 360 deluxe DVD's 480-720?

I have a PAL Xbox 360 Pro 60GB console that I bought last month here in New Zealand. Is connected to my 42 "Toshiba Regza LCD TV via HDMI. My DVD player can only shoot progressive scan 480p and looks a bit of shit on my massive TV and I asked before and fork out money for a DVD player enlargement does my dvd regular high-level 360 to 720p as it does for the games?

If you use a HDMI cable for Xbox 360. It will upscale all DVDs to 1080p. If you use component or S-video cable will only luxury a DVD at 480p. If you go to this site http://www.xbox.com/en-US/hardware/xbox360/hdtv.htm will show you what a component cable seems, is using the standard cable x-box. Also show a scale at the bottom, depending on how related than they may see. The 360 version has an HDMI output. So you can use the HDMI cable, which allows up to 1080p dvd scale. It looks very close to blu-ray. It is true HD. But I can tell the difference between it and Blu-Ray. But if you think about it ….. Apparently, all the most unnecessary to buy a Blu-Ray if the 360 can upscale DVDs to 1080p. It is a little like death. Just want the best because you can have. My human eyes can hardly tell the difference. Think about it …… Scott
