Why does every new diet that you see in magazines require you to eat fish for dinner?
Are these diets sponsored by the fishing industry? I live in the middle of nowhere, how am I suppose to get the red snapper Grill every night?
fish do not actually need to have more than 3-4 times per week. Do not rely on fad diets. They have no long-term health in mind. Fish is good for you, usually low in bad fats, high in good fats. No to be fresh to be good. Even in the middle of nowhere have overnighter edible fresh and frozen fish.
