Why when I enter a contest for the magazine J-14, say it is impossible to deliver?

OK .. what the new J-14 to win his magazine and there is a direction e-mail that says how to enter. So today, I sent an email with what you want on the subject, but says can not be delivered. Why Why can not I send email?
